How Caselyn Started Enjoying Life Again in 12 Days!

Hello everyone! From now on I’m going to start sharing succes stories of our community members, and today we will take a look at how @Caselyn Asis went from being stuck in her home to enjoying life again in just 12 days🎉

Caselyn is one of our members who had been struggling with anxiety for a long time. For 8 years, she dealt with multiple types of anxiety, including health anxiety, panic disorder, and agoraphobia. The reason she joined us was because she felt like she had already tried everything, but the anxiety only got worse.

She couldn’t even leave her house without having a panic attack...

She used to love hiking, dancing, going out, and traveling, but she didn’t do any of those things for years. She was stuck in her house and going out was a real problem.

Her panic attacks would always start with a sensation in her body. She would feel as if her throat was closing, she had trouble breathing, dizziness, heart palpitations, and other uncomfortable feelings. The more she focused on these sensations, the stronger they became. This always triggered panic attacks, which felt very overwhelming. She had already tried therapy, mindfulness, and medication, but none of those gave her the results she was looking for.

First she joined the free community, and this gave her a lot of support. She even made some new friends who really understood what she was going through. This motivated her to start learning more about anxiety and how to deal with it.

Caselyn was one of the first members to join our Premium Community, and started with the program right away. She watched the course modules, did the exercises and attended our group coaching sessions.

During a 1-on-1 call, I made her a personal plan. Based on her situation and symptoms, I suggested techniques specifically for reducing panic attacks. On top of that, we made some small changes to her diet and created a morning routine designed to regulate her nervous system and balance stress hormone levels.

This helped her feel so much better that it boosted her confidence and motivated her to take the next step: rewiring her brain🧠

We stayed in contact every day, and just 12 days(!) after joining, she shared a post in the community, saying she was slowly starting to get out of the house and cycle again. This was the beginning of getting her life back! But it didn’t stop there. The very next day, she posted a photo of herself in a supermarket (one of the places that used to trigger her panic attacks).

Within 1 month of joining the community, she was really starting to live a normal life again.

The wins just kept coming. Here are a few things she did within the first 30 days:

  • Started going for long walks again 🏞️

  • Cycled 5 km 🚴‍♀️

  • Attended birthday parties 🎉

  • Drove farther than she had in years 🚗

  • Let go of safety behaviors ✌️

  • Went out to eat at a restaurant 🍽️

Fast-forward to now, about 5 weeks after she joined, she is planning to travel out of town to the province. She hasn’t even finished the program yet, but simply by getting a better understanding of anxiety, having an amazing supportive community, and using the tools, she has already made enough progress to feel confident enough to travel again!

And the best part? She is now helping other people by sharing how she did it. Behind the scenes, she is doing some work for the community, and once she has fully overcome her anxiety and panic disorder, she will be able to help even more people.
