I have over 3 years of experience working 1-on-1 with people struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, and nervous system dysregulation, and I’ve shared my method with 1,000+ people worldwide.

What’s included

  • Weekly 1-hour 1-on-1 coaching sessions
    In these sessions we’ll work on your recovery together. We see what did and didn’t work the previous week and make a plan for the next one.

  • 7 days per week chat support
    For questions, reassurance, guidance, or when things feel overwhelming in between sessions.

  • A clear, step-by-step recovery plan, adapted as you progress
